All quotes and estimates provided by Liberation Outdoor Living are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if project scope changes. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement.

4. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for installation and service work. While we strive to meet scheduled dates, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.

5. Payments

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be required to secure materials and schedule work. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms for installation and materials will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by third parties, or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberation Outdoor Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Liberation Outdoor Living and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. User Conduct
